Delete your account

To delete a Monkefy Pay user account and associated merchant data we control:

1. Sign in at pay-dash.monkefy.com or the iOS app.
2. Email privacy@monkefy.com from the same address with subject “Account deletion” and your organization name.
3. We will confirm, delete or de-identify account data we store, and tell you if a financial record must be retained.

Stripe connected-account records and card-network receipts are governed by Stripe. Deleting Monkefy Pay access does not automatically close your Stripe account.
