Privacy policy

Effective date: 23 August 2026. Monkefy Pay (“we”) provides card-present payment software for merchants.

Data we process

We process merchant account data (name, email, organization, terminal identifiers), payment metadata (amount, status, Stripe identifiers), support messages, and diagnostic logs. Cardholder primary account numbers are collected by Stripe Terminal / Tap to Pay and are not stored by Monkefy Pay.

Processors

Stripe processes payments and connected-account onboarding. Transactional email is sent through Plunk. Hosting is on Amazon Web Services in us-west-2.

Retention

Account, payment, refund, dispute, and ledger records are kept for the life of the merchant relationship and as required for financial recordkeeping. Support messages are kept until resolved and then as needed for operations. Logs are retained for 30 days.

Your rights

Merchants may request access or deletion of their Monkefy Pay account data. Account deletion instructions are at delete-account.html. Contact privacy@monkefy.com.
